Baked Apple Fritters


 

INGREDIENTS

Makes about 10–12 fritters

Fritter Batter

  • 2 cups  apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose  flour
  • ⅓ cup  granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  1. Peel and chop  apples into small pieces.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, combine  flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Mix Wet Ingredients

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

4. Combine Everything
