Best Dough Ever!!! Don’t Lose it


 

🍕 1) Pizza Dough



Ingredients:


• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:


1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
2. Add warm water and oil. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover and rise 1 hour until doubled.
4. Punch down, shape, and use for pizza.



🍞 2) Bread Dough



Ingredients:


• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup warm water
• 2¼ tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:


1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add water and oil, knead 10 minutes.
3. Let rise 1–1.5 hours.
4. Shape into loaf, bake at 190°C / 375°F for 30 minutes.



🥧 3) Pie Dough



Ingredients:


• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cold butter (cubed)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 6 tbsp cold water

Instructions:


1. Mix flour, salt and sugar.
2. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
3. Add cold water slowly until dough forms.
4. Chill 30 minutes before rolling.

Ingredients:


• 2 cups all-purpose or semolina flour
• 3 eggs
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:


1. Make a flour mound, add eggs in center.
2. Mix into dough, knead 8 minutes.
3. Rest 30 minutes covered.
4. Roll thin and cut into pasta shapes.



🍪 5) Cookie Dough



Ingredients:


• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup butter (softened)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup white sugar
• 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

Instructions:


1. Cream butter and sugars.
2. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix in dry ingredients.
4. Chill 30 minutes, scoop and bake at 175°C / 350°F for 10–12 minutes.



🍩 6) Cinnamon Roll Dough



Ingredients:


• 3¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 2¼ tsp yeast
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup melted butter
• ½ tsp salt

Instructions:


1. Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Rest 5 minutes.
2. Add egg, butter, salt and flour. Knead smooth.
3. Rise 1 hour.
4. Roll, fill with cinnamon sugar, roll up, slice and bake.
