Ingredients
For the Cake:

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional but adds moisture)
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3–4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped nuts (for topping)
