Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
• 1 clove garlic, finely minced
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and Parmesan together.
2. Slowly stream in olive oil until creamy.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Store refrigerated and shake before using.

Ingredients:
• ½ ripe avocado
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp water (thin as needed)
