Dragon Fruit Smoothie


 

Ingredients:



– 1 ripe dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and chopped

– 1 banana, sliced

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)

– 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)

– 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

– Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

– Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and chop the dragon fruit and slice the banana.

2. Blend: In a blender, combine the dragon fruit, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and honey (if using). Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.

3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the thickness by adding more coconut water or yogurt as needed.

4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and enjoy!
