Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs (Quick Recipe)


 

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp softened cream cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp finely chopped jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 2 tbsp cooked bacon bits (optional but amazing)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sliced jalapeños for topping

  • Boil the eggs:
    Cook eggs for 10–12 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice in half.
  • Make the filling:
    Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, cream cheese, jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Add bacon bits if using.
  • Fill the eggs:
    Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Finish:
    Top with extra bacon, a jalapeño slice, and a sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes.
