- 6 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp softened cream cheese
- 1–2 tbsp finely chopped jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 2 tbsp cooked bacon bits (optional but amazing)
- Salt & pepper
- Sliced jalapeños for topping

- Boil the eggs:
Cook eggs for 10–12 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice in half.
- Make the filling:
Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, cream cheese, jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Add bacon bits if using.
- Fill the eggs:
Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Finish:
Top with extra bacon, a jalapeño slice, and a sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes.
